Processing Time

Most orders take 2–7 business days to be prepared before shipping.

During holidays, high-volume seasons, or special releases, processing may take a little longer.

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–8 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on location and carrier

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Separate Shipments

Some items may ship separately, especially if your order includes different product types such as shirts, hoodies, hats, shoes, or accessories.

You may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. There is no extra charge for separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, items ordered, and shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with your carrier, neighbors, mailbox, or building office first.

Order Changes

Please review your size, color, item selection, and shipping address carefully before checkout. Once an order is being processed, changes may not be possible.
